I have used the Ferzoco group two times. My daughter also use them to buy a house. Selling and buying a house is a bit stressful but using the Ferzoco group (Joe) I was never out of the loop they always kept me updated. They really are a great team Mary the closing coordinator is with you all the way going over everything and getting you through the steps till closing. This is one TEAM I will only use. Joe and Mary were absolutely fabulous.
