Here are the list-to-sale price averages for each beach town that we cover.

Today we’re taking a quick look at the average list price to sale price for the different beach towns that we cover. This is a measure of the percentage of a list price that homes sell for on average. Here they are for April 2021:

 

 

As a whole, the average list-to-sale price ratio for the beachfront towns we cover is 99.76%. If you’re looking to sell, there hasn’t been a better time than now.
